  • Personal financial means: Proof of financial means to support living in Portugal for one year, including minimum annual salary requirements for the main applicant, spouse, and dependent children

  • Share capital: Initial capital ensuring the company's functioning, even without immediate profitability

  • Health insurance: Comprehensive EU-wide health insurance coverage for the applicant and dependents

  • Tax representative: Non-EU citizens must appoint a tax representative in Portugal or
